We are proud to offer 2 custom design packages for all our structures that give you an easy way to decide on the material selection and design details for your project. This applies to all our sheds, barns, decks, pergolas, and porches. Feel free to customize it yourself too with help from our experienced and friendly designer.

The Capital

The capital design package includes a very elegant and quality style build with an emphasis on use of pvc trim finishing systems with plug hidden fasteners, vinyl or composite siding, composite railings, plywood sheathing (not osb), composite decking with hidden fasteners, comprehensive rot prevention through use of membranes to protect wood structure, and quality name brand manufactured windows/doors. Gutters and additional add-ons are always optional.

The Shenandoah

Get back to the woods with our Shenandoah design package and enjoy its rustic beauty and practical features. This package includes pressure treated wooden decking, wooden railings, bare pressure treated wood exposed on structures, custom barn style doors, vinyl windows, T11 siding or smart LP siding over 1/2” osb plywood, and unfinished pine exterior trim.
